# Statistics

Statistics give you an overview of where your time actually goes, beyond the raw tracked records in the Timeline.

Pick a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly view — or set a custom date range for anything in between.

Any of these views can be filtered further, by [project]({{< relref "projects.md" >}}), by tag, or by both, so you can zoom in on exactly the slice of time you're interested in.

Once you've got the view you want, you can [export]({{< relref "export.md" >}}) it as PDF, Excel, XML, or CSV.
